Access All Arrows – Mumsy
20 October 2025

Prague and Bratislava are their playgrounds, and MUMSY is the crew that knows them inside out—from hidden streets to grand landmarks. As a boutique service production company, they bring world-class production skills with a down-to-earth spirit, creating sets where getting it right never gets in the way of enjoying the work.
MUMSY work as an extension of the production team. They sort what needs sorting and take care of the details that make clients feel at ease, on set and off. MUMSY is a young company powered by a team of experienced, highly skilled people from across the industry. Going above and beyond isn’t a promise. It’s simply how they approach the work. Every project—be it a commercial, branded content, or a music video—is driven by craft, clarity, and the resilience to solve problems before they become problems.
Fresh, collaborative, and proudly independent, MUMSY is thrilled to support the Young Arrows—celebrating new voices and remarkable beginnings, just as they write their own.
We spoke to Producer, Vanessa Krištúfková, and Executive Producer, Robert Roszbeck, about their reasons for supporting the Young Arrows this year and how to build your craft as a director...
What’s the main reason for coming on board as a sponsor for the Young Arrows?
Supporting the Young Arrows felt natural because it’s all about giving space to the next wave of directors and creators who are about to shake things up.
What do the Young Arrows mean to you?
The Young Arrows reflect the same energy and drive that fuel us as a young company. It’s a space where fresh voices are celebrated and given a chance to shine.
What are some of the challenges young people face starting off in the industry, and what can we do about these challenges?
The best thing we can do is open doors, share knowledge, and create opportunities where young talent can actually work, not just watch. For directors, that means focusing on your craft. Keep shooting, refining, and building a body of work that truly represents you. The more you create, the clearer your voice becomes, and that’s what gets noticed.
What advice would you give to anyone starting out in the industry?
Be curious. Try everything. Mess things up and learn from it. Don’t wait until you “feel ready”. No one ever does. The best work comes from staying playful and trusting your own perspective. And remember: everyone you look up to was once figuring it out too.
Thank you to MUMSY for sponsoring the Music Supervision Award.
