Young Arrows 2025
22 October 2025, Here at Outernet

Intro
The YOUNG ARROWS awards are for emerging talent in the UK moving image advertising industry to give the next generation a vital opportunity to gain exposure and celebrate their work.
Now in its fourth year, the awards are FREE-TO-ENTER for the second time, removing the financial barrier that often blocks young people from entering. Our mission is to foster greater accessibility and build the diverse and inclusive talent pool that’s vitally needed for our industry to flourish.
Open to anyone with less than 3 years’ experience in their current role, work can be submitted across 20 distinct categories and the winners’ work will be showcased at an inspiring awards show this October at HERE at Outernet in central London.
Launched in 2022 by the not-for-profit BRITISH ARROWS, which has honoured the best campaigns and craft in British advertising for nearly 50 years, the YOUNG ARROWS awards are growing in reputation year-on-year as we drive inclusive industry-change and a successful pathway for those in the early years of their careers.
