Young Arrows Shortlist Announced
20 September 2022
20 September 2022
The Young Arrows are thrilled to share the shortlist for their inaugural awards show.
The shortlist, made up of both advertising and craft categories, was chosen last week by a jury made up of a cross section of top industry talent, headed up by Co-Chairs, Melody Sylvester Head of Film at Engine and Juliette Larthe EP and Co-Founding Partner UK at Prettybird.
Melody Sylvester commented on the entries, "We were so impressed with the quality of the entries across the board, which came as no surprise really. We know there is a huge amount of talent out there. Selecting a shortlist and then the winners wasn’t an easy process but we did it and are super excited to celebrate these rising stars at our awards event next month"
The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony hosted by Reggie Yates to take place on October 26th at the BFI Southbank.
Among those who have pledged their support for the initiative are 750mph, BBH, Rogue, Work, Publicis Poke, Academy, Object & Animal, Factory, SIREN, No8, The Mill, FilmLight, Coffee & TV and Sue Terry Voices who have signed up as sponsors. Open to people beginning their career in advertising, across 15 craft and agency categories with a specific award open to students, the Young Arrows has a lower entry fee and more flexible eligibility criteria for the chance to win a coveted Arrow award.
