Young Arrows Futures

The British Arrows are pleased to announce the launch of Young Arrows Futures  

We’ve been thinking for some time about how we bring more voices and fresh perspectives into the Young Arrows conversation. There’s an incredible wealth of talent across our industry: people at different stages of their careers who are shaping the work, challenging conventions and bringing a real understanding of what it takes to succeed in an industry that’s constantly evolving.

We wanted to create a space for those voices to be heard, to share their experience and ideas, and to help shape the future of Young Arrows.

And that’s where Futures comes in.

We're bringing together a small group of brilliant people from across our industry spanning agencies, production, post, editing, sound, VFX, design and beyond, for a one-year term. 

The idea is for Futures to help us support the next generation by getting involved with Young Arrows Fringe, mentoring, workshops, career conversations and community building. But we also want Futures to have a voice within Young Arrows itself. We’ll bring the group together during the year to share ideas, challenge us, tell us what we could be doing better and help shape everything from our programming and categories to how we make Young Arrows as relevant and useful to the next generation as possible.
