Tenthree was founded in 2008 by Billy Mead, with an aim to be a nurturing home to the industries top talent. With the arrival of Editor Quin Williams as partner in 2011, followed by Ellie Johnson in 2021, the company has grown exponentially, enjoying numerous successes and awards. Demonstrated by three partners regularly featured in the Televisual Top 10 Editors list. tenthree continues to add to their roster with the arrival of award winning editors, including Stephen Dunne who won 2 golds for editing at this years Creative Circle. In recent years tenthree has cemented themselves as one of London's elite edit houses with big wins at all the major Awards shows at the 2021 British Arrows Awards, where they won Gold, Silver and Bronze for Best Editing with three different Editors. In the previous two Shots Awards tenthree have been voted in the top three Best Edit House list.
