The British Arrows Craft awards have a massive impact on the industry, by keeping the bar high and individuals aiming higher. It continues to help us push boundaries and deliver more inspiring work; when craft successfully compliments creativity we produce the perfect balance of stunning, standout and successful work.

Rachel, also known as "The Hoff", joined BBH as a freelance producer in 2011 and never left. Having previously worked at many other leading creative agencies including Fallon and Wieden + Kennedy, she is now Production Lead for Axe / Lynx and a Partner at BBH. Rachel has consistently produced outstanding creative work for The Guardian, Skip, Johnny Walker and Barclaycard, whilst working across many other accounts.

She also produced the highly awarded global Axe / Lynx Wire campaign directed by Tim Godsall. ‘Sporty Girl’, ‘Brainy Girl’, ‘High Maintenance Girl’, ‘Party Girl’ and ‘Flirty Girl’ won multiple Golds at the 2013 British Arrows Awards and 2013 Creative Circle Awards, and also won two Silvers at the 2012 Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity.

Rachel also produced the recent ‘Chokeables’ campaign for St John Ambulance. Directed by Si & Ad, the film went on to save over 36 babies lives to date.

Alongside her strive for creative excellence, Rachel spends as much time as possible mentoring the next generation of producers by sharing her passionate, multi discipline approach for craft and creativity.
