Miranda began her career with a focus on beauty & luxury advertising working at Leo Burnett and Saatchi & Saatchi. She joined adam&eve in early 2012 six months before its merger with DDB. She has been at the helm of the John Lewis account since – not only delivering a long run of Christmas campaigns but also driving integration of the brand’s communications, ensuring fluency across advertising, social, content and beyond. The account has garnered numerous creative and effectiveness awards along the way including the IPA Effectiveness Grand Prix twice. More recently she’s spearheaded the complex coming together of John Lewis & Waitrose in the brands’ first ever joint campaign to mark their rebrand. Alongside John Lewis Miranda leads the global COTY business running both Max Factor and ghd. She’s also responsible for Client Excellence across the agency.
