Managing Director, Integrated Advertising, Framestore
Nothing beats reading a script and being party to the thoughts of world-class directors, and working out how to achieve the impossible through live action, SFX and VFX. This has always been the most exciting part of my job.
Helen has a wealth of experience in the advertising industry, having worked at The Bureau and Electric Image before setting up 3D animation company Digital Drum, where she was a Company Director for four years. She left Drum to join Framestore in 1998 as the Senior Producer responsible for the CGI department. During her first eight years, she saw major growth in this area, and was promoted to Head of Production in 2003.
Helen has produced some of Framestore’s greatest commercial hits, such as Levi’s Odyssey, Xbox Mosquito, and Johnnie Walker Fish, working with world-class directors including Daniel Kleinman, Jonathan Glazer and Frank Budgen. Her work has won numerous awards, including the Grand Prix at Cannes Lions.
Helen became Managing Director for London in 2006, and was promoted to Global Managing Director in 2012, assuming responsibility for commercials projects across Framestore’s offices in New York and LA. With her invaluable knowledge and experience in the industry, she continues to lead the team from strength-to-strength.
