An idea without craft is like a scone without the cream and jam: dry and underwhelming. The British Arrows has always taken the importance of the relationship between the two seriously.

Ray has been at Wieden+Kennedy London for a longggggggg time. Alongside her partner Dan Norris she's had the pleasure of working on a ton of stuff for clients like Bud Light, Tesco, Three Mobile and Lurpak. Before that she worked at Karmarama where she came up with the Colman's endline 'Meatylicious.’ Before that she worked on art projects. Before that she was pregnant at school.

Ray only really uses Instagram and that's been hacked, so embarrassingly, she's currently not active on any social media platform. Ray knows that's a dreadful state of affairs. Ray is really uncomfortable writing in the third person.
