Rachel started her career as a graduate trainee for advertising agency Bates Dorland, working her way up through the ranks of their big retail clients. After a stint in sunny Australia at M&C Saatchi, she returned to British shores to join Marks & Spencer, launching their now infamous This is Not Just Food campaign as well as their CSR initiative, Plan A.
Rachel then joined John Lewis to head up their fashion and beauty category, before moving to be Head of Brand & Social Marketing, where she shifted the famous Christmas campaign from a TV ad to a multi-media marketing phenomenon, from Bear and The Hare through to Buster the Boxer. She has just joined O2 as Brand Director and Head of Creative.
