Craft is work that stands out for its beauty and considered detail; it makes no difference whether this is enjoyed passively through TV, an experiential experience, or an interactive film experience where users put themselves in the driving seat... You must reward consumers with quality. In doing so, we must reward those who consistently strive to break boundaries in the quality of craft that make people fall in love with the work. The British Arrows Craft awards have always succeeded in celebrating this.
A true believer in ‘nothing ventured, nothing gained’, Jax has always thrived in a culture of making and trying new things.
Starting her career in 2002 at Arden Sutherland-Dodd, she quickly rose from production assistant to film producer. From there she moved to digital agency Glue Isobar to head up their production studio, Superglue, where she gained experience in Integrated production, working directly with brands. Jax was appointed as Executive Producer at Stinkdigital in 2012.
This combined experience of film and digital production has enabled Jax to spearhead several innovative projects in recent years, including John Lewis’s ‘Monty’s Goggles’ experience using Google Cardboard, Three’s ‘Sing it Kitty’ and Honda ‘The Other Side’.

Jax has a won a number of awards for her work including 13 Golds and 11 Silvers across Cannes Lions, One Show and D&AD and British Arrows Awards 2015 Commercial of the Year.
