With less time and money, the worry is that craft gets neglected. It should be integral to the process. From script to supers. It's an honour be part of a jury that recognises the craft that goes into our work, and to celebrate the people that push that craft, set apart the good work and make it amazing.

A producer for well over a decade, James began his career in film at a production company, working with a variety of directors across music videos, commercials and documentary. 

After moving to Grey, he then joined Wieden+Kennedy, producing award winning campaigns for Nike, Honda, Three, and Lurpak.

He is now Head of Broadcast at Wieden+Kennedy.
