Deputy Head of Integrated Production, adam&eveDDB
The CRAFT awards at The British Arrows 2017 are for me the most important show of the year. It’s a chance to celebrate the best individuals in their field, coming together to make inspiring work.
Jack Bayley is the Deputy Head of Integrated Production at adam&eveDDB.
In his role, he has a keen focus on nurturing junior talent and promoting the high creative values that the agency strives for. The integrated department promotes cross-boundary productions and a much broader production knowledge.
His career started at JWT, first on a work placement and then as a production assistant, before quickly being promoted to Producer. Over the years he produced campaigns for Shell, HSBC and Mazda, picking up a Cannes Lion on his very first production. He then joined WCRS, focusing on Sky and Warburton’s, before heading to adam&eveDDB in 2014. Since arriving at the agency Jack has produced work for Sony, H&M, John Lewis and Waitrose among others, including the John Lewis Tiny Dancer spot, one of the most awarded in the world in 2016. When not in Paddington, Jack is a keen snowboarder, sailor, windsurfer, and he climbed Kilimanjaro in 2011.
