Global Head of Creative Talent, The Talent Business
The power of our communication comes not just from what we say – but how we say it, our body language and the myriad subtle visual and auditory signals we send out. This is as true for ads as it is for people – which is why fanatical care over craft really matters. It’s the difference that makes all the difference to the impact of any piece of communication.
Tanya is Global Head of Creative Talent for The Talent Business, the world leader in executive search for creative businesses, for which she advises some of the industry's most celebrated CCO’s and ECD’s on their career strategy. She’s also a qualified Leadership Coach – developing the leaders of high profile creative businesses.
Tanya spent her early career as a business director, working at some of the most highly regarded creative agencies in London. She started out at Lowe Howard-Spink in the Nineties, and then became a Partner at HHCL & Partners during its heady days as Agency of the Decade and finally she joined the London management team at RKCR/Y&R in 2004. During this period, she was lucky to have worked closely with some of the most talented creatives in the industry to produce famous, highly-awarded campaigns for major brands, including Stella Artois, Pot Noodle and M&S.
Since joining The Talent Business as its London Managing Director in 2007, she has helped to build an unparalleled global creative offering - working closely with their offices in London, Berlin, New York, Los Angeles, Singapore, Shanghai, Dubai and Sao Paulo. Tanya is a regular writer for Creative Review, an avid collector of contemporary art, a jazz and blues dancer and mum to a highly mischievous toddler.
